KOG

What’s up?

I hope all of you had a good weekend and that all those taking finals this week do great.

This week’s blog is short but sweet. As you know we are continuing the breaking down of Luke 12:31.

So far we covered the promise and the condition of the scripture. Now we will top it of with a cherry The Kingdom of God!

The kingdom of God of course is heaven itself. But there are temporary kingdoms as well. For example like YOU!

A kingdom is anywhere a king resides. So when you got saved and allowed the Lord Jesus in your life you body instantly became his kingdom.

It says in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, “Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body.”
So you yourself are a representative of Gods kingdom.

Another temporary kingdom of God is the Church. Think of it this way… All across the world the U.S.A. has embassies. They are mini representatives of our government and what we stand for.

In the same way so is the church foe Heaven. Jesus said in Matthew 16:18, “And I say to thee. thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my Church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.”

I don’t care what anyone tells you! Peter was NOT the one Jesus said he was building his church. Peter was a man like you and me, no Jesus was saying that he will build his church on the rock, which is a solid foundation that nothing can take down.

So these are the representations of the Kingdom of God. And next week we will close it all out with showing you how to make his kingdom you #1 concern.

Also I am just a man, if you feel uncomfortable with any of this I have ever said I want you to pick up the Bible pray to the Lord to show you the real truth and thank him for understandig.

I speak from what I have been taught from the Holy Spirit in my years as a Christian and from my own victories and failures.

Be Blessed
