What’s going on warriors? I hope you all had a blessed week.
Well as you already know we are breaking down Luke 12:31. Last week we talked about the promise part of the scripture, but this week I feel lead of the Lord to share more.
The word IF quickly follows the promise, and I studied the word in the scripture very closely. I found that the If is a choice or stipulation, like “You’ll get some money IF you get a job” see the IF is the joining condition.
So when Jesus said, “He will give you all you need from day to day IF you keep the kingdom of God your primary concern.” He basically said he will give you all you need, but only IF you keep him and his kingdom 1st.
The IF means that you have a say in the matter, God already made his promise!!! And he watches over it until it preformed, but it depends on us to make the scripture happen in the lives of us and or families.
Along with that the scripture says IF you keep the kingdom of God YOUR primary concern. The word your means personal, so my question is… Is God and his kingdom YOUR primary concern?
Pray and search your heart about it asking the Holy Spirit to show you the truth about yourself and yield yourself to his discipline.
John 8:12
Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.
Be Blessed
