The Promise...

What’s on and crackin?

I hope everyone had a great thanksgiving. I don’t know about yall but I bout ate myself into a coma. But anyway I hope it was good for you and your families.

Anyway like I said last week, we are going to break down Luke 12:31. Remember it says, “He will give you all you need from day to day if you make the Kingdom of God your primary concern.”

This 1st week we are going to break down the promise part of the scripture, which is “He will give you all you need from day to day."

This is JESUS talking!! This is his promise and he is not a man that he should lie, he watches over his word to perform it.

Think about it… this means that all we need from day to day will be provided for you. That means if we need food, money, health or even just a hug.

I cannot tell you how many times I needed just a pat on the back or a smile from someone and God provided it. It may seem foolish to some but when life gets hard enough and you just want some relief, it is amazing to see how the Lord will provide it for you!

The Bible says in Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.” So you see God knows what you need before you even do.

And sometimes the things I think I needed, weren’t anywhere near what I really did need and God knew that.

He is our good Shepard yall, and cares for our well-being. We are his representatives on this earth and our doing well brings him glory.

Next week we will talk about the pivotal word in the whole scripture of Luke 12:31 the IF, along with that we will be discussing the Kingdom of God, what it really is and where it is really at.

Have a blessed week
