I hope everyone is doing well; this is the last posting on this “getting prayers answered” thing. I was so glad to share this with you and I hope it was a blessing. And as I always say check everything you hear, check it by the ultimate authority… The word of God (Bible)! There are plenty of lies spread about the Bible and the Lord does not want you confussed by any of them.
Remember Jesus said in 1 John 4:1 Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world.

Hey one more thing… next week I’m adding a writer, Her name is Shelly Gilbreath and she has an AWESOME testimony and I know she will be a blessing to someone out there.

Patience and trust, the Lord showed me that I lacked in this last and final step. Because if my prayers were not answered in the time I thought they should have been or I didn’t see the manifestation of what I asked for I would quit declaring, asking, thanking, and praying for them. I would abandon that prayer request totally. During this time God had to sit me down and show me what it takes to be a real warrior for him and his kingdom.

In Hebrews 10:36-40 it talks about patient endurance is what you need now. After all your sewing and declaring and praying basically God is saying all you need to do now is have patients and endure until the end.

One thing that shocks me in this scripture in Hebrews that was really a BIG eye opener was when the Lord said; “I will take no pleasure in anyone who turns away.” I always thought this meant turning from him all together but the Lord revealed to me that it is also turning away from what you are believing for.

Basically God wont take pleasure in you if you do that because you basically don’t believe that he can or will do the thing you are standing for, you have no faith! Would you take pleasure in anyone who didn’t believe in you? I didn’t think so.

And if your prayer isn’t answered quickly its not that God doesn’t hear you it may be that your faith is being tried and tested to see if your faith is really genuine. Or something may be hindering your prayer. Either way I encourage you to search your heart and soul and really evaluate what things you are thinking saying and doing. Check those things with the Bible bring them to God in prayer and he will shed light on anything he wants changed.
