What’s going on party people?

Hey I hope everyone is having a blessed week! I know it has been real hectic due to homecoming and midterms coming up.

Speaking of midterms I want to pray for all those who have those test coming...
FATHER I THANK YOU FOR EVERY ONE OF YOU CHILDREN. AND I PRAY THAT YOU BLESS THEM IN ALL THEIR WAYS LIKE YOU WORD SAYS IN PSALMS 1:1-3. LET THEM STUDY HARD AND RETAIN WHAT THEY LEARNED FOR THESE TEST! AN USE IT ALL FOR YOUR GLORY LORD, IN JESUS NAME I PRAY... AMEN!

Ok yall, this week I wanted to talk to you about relationships, and I don’t mean the kind that you see in the movies, I mean the real world kind where there are gray storms and shinny days.

I myself have never been in a CHRISTIAN relationship, I always mess it up some how, rather it be leaning in for a kiss or getting to cuddly when we are watching a movie.

See my flesh wants the physical, but my soul and Lord want the spiritual.

I was reading my bible one mourning and I read about self-control... self-control is defined as, "control or restraint of oneself or one's actions, feelings, etc."

The ultimate goal of any Christian is to please the father and be productive in him and his ways.

Well the word of God gives us a promise in 1 Peter 1:5-8 when is says" 5For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge; 6 and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; 7and to godliness, brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness, love. 8For if you possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ."

The self-control hit me hard and I read that perseverance came next. So I asked the Lord what kind of perseverance would come after self-control? And he answered by saying,

"It just depends son, if one needs self-control on money and they achieve that than perseverance will come to preserve them until they get some more, it works in all areas of life, but in your case, if you practice self-control in relationships with women then I will give you the strength to preserver until you have a wife"

So you guys, no matter what aspect of life practice this! If you have to hang up the phone after 11 o'clock to control your self do it! I promise it has a blessing tailing it because your telling and showing the Lord that you are honoring him and want to follow him.

Recently I met this girl who is everything a man could want, beautiful, funny, cool to chill with and my dog loves her. But she has this one quality that beast all of those. She LOVES the Lord more than anything and will do whatever it takes to please him. I've never had that in someone I was talking to. They would say they were but there actions told other wise.

So pray for ya boy over here, pray that I don’t disrespect her,myself and more imprtantly our Lord and Savior, because I don’t care what goes or comes he is my true Love and I can promise that his will for me WILL be done and no one or thing will stop me!!
