What’s up everyone! Sorry there wasn’t a post last week. I think what I will do is have a post every other week instead of every week. Today won’t be long just something I want to encourage everyone to do.
You know in today’s world I know people get confused and sometimes they have a true passion to help but in actuality the hurt instead. You know Jesus commanded us to love our neighbors no matter who or what they are. Well today I see a lot of groups or people claiming that winning the lost is their goal but they break Jesus’ command in the process.
Now am I against sin YES, am I against anything that is rival to Jesus and the cross… ABSOLUTELY but I know there is a better way to go about it. You didn’t see Jesus down talk people who didn’t believe in him, or hold a burning of the text they thought of as holy. No Jesus was kind and loving and spoke to people with respect and love, although he did warn people that he was THE way to God and that is a fact… he just did it the right way.
As a matter of fact… the only time Jesus snapped and went of was on so called “Church people” who were using the house of God like it was a pool hall.
You know there is an old saying, “you get more flies with honey than vinegar.” And yes we are to preach the Gospel and yes we are to adhere ONLY to JESUS commands but there is a way to do it and protesting at funerals of homosexuals and burning someone’s book they deem as holy is not the way to do it. Jesus called us to love and to love everyone!
So to everyone who reads these blogs I want to tell you that what you see and hear on TV about people burning other religions text and protests at funerals is not REAL Christianity. Real Christian’s love, real Christian’s care and real Christians follow Christ.
But do take heed that you must get right with God and the only way to do so is through his son Jesus who died for us. So everyone no matter what your background take an account of your life tonight… look in and see how you stand with God and if it’s not good you better make it good because you may not have a tomorrow…
"Look! I stand at the door and knock. If you hear my voice and open the door, I will come in, and we will share a meal together as friends.” Revelations 3:20
Sincerely Yours
Real Christians
WE LOVE YOU ALL
