New Year, New Beginning

Happy New Year!!! Aren’t you glad that the Lord our God has given us another year to fight for him and advance his kingdom!

I hope everyone had a blessed New Year, and is getting some good rest because we will need it for the road ahead.

This week I wanted to talk about a scripture that I ran across when reading the gospel of John. The verse isn’t a long drawn out one, but instead it is short sweet and to the point.

In John 8:26 Jesus said, “ I have much to say about you, and much to condemn, but I won’t. For I say ONLY what I have heard from the one who sent me, and he is true.”

Did you know that God is your BIGGEST cheerleader? He is always for you and never against you the Bible said in Exodus 34:6 “I am the Lord, the merciful and gracious God. I am SLOW TO ANGER and RICH IN UNFAILING LOVE and faithfulness.”

I just want you all to know that no matter what you have done in life that Your GOD and his Son love you so much… as a matter of fact he loved you enough to die for you.

God is always for us and he is our number one defender. The bible also says that Jesus is seated at the right hand of God making intercession for us.

Which means when the Devil is up their snitching on you trying to make you look like a dog in Gods eyes, Jesus the Son of Glory is right on the other side of God

Saying… “Look father I know he messed up, but please have mercy on him/her, remember you sent me to die for them. And it is your will that I wont loose any of them that you sent to me” This is how I picture the conversation going.

But in order for this to happen for you, you must come to God with your whole heart, not part of it or just most of it, but ALL of it.

You don’t have to be a perfect person or a preachers kid to come, there are no qualifications Jesus said, “COME AS YOU ARE”.

So my friends, if you are not saved or are living a life that you KNOW isn’t pleasing God I beg you not to compromise, negotiate, or deliberate with yourself. PLEASE just come by faith and humble yourself before the Lamb of God…

Repeat this prayer
“ Jesus, I believe that you are the one true Son of God and that you died for my sins. And right now I ask you to take over me and I make you Lord of my life, use me and put me where you want me to be, wherever it is pleasing to you. I confess I’m a sinner, and I understand what I must do. So Lord PLEASE help me to turn from my wicked ways and from this day on I will follow you, LEAD me, GUIDE me and DISCIPLINE me for all the days of my life. Thank you for all you’ve done and yet to do in JESUS name Amen!

IF YOU ARE ALREADY A CHRISTIAN TAKE TIME OUT OF YOUR DAY TO THANK GOD FOR THOSE WHO HAVE READ THIS AND CAME TO THE LORD, REMEMBER YOU AND I WAS ONCE THERE, AND WE STILL NEED FORGIVENESS.

IF YOU READ THIS FOR THE FIRST TIME AND GAVE YOUR LIFE OVER TO THE LORD PLEASE LET YOURSELF BE KNOWN, YOU ARE AMONG FRIENDS THERE ARE MILLIONS OF BELIEVERS EVERYWHERE WHO WOULD LOVE TO HEAR THEY GOT ANOTHER BROTHER OR SISTER IN THE LORD. ALSO I WOULD LIKE YOUR NAME SO THE OTHER BELIEVERS AND MYSELF COULD PRAY FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.

Now you’re a warrior;)
